Our evening with the Women’s Environmental Network

Our absorbent product technologist Louise Dean spent an evening with the Women’s Environmental Network (WEN) during their inaugural Environmenstrual Week of Action.

The purpose of the week is to raise awareness and prompt discussion of the environmental and health impacts of reusable and disposable menstrual products. The week culminated in the Environmenstrual Festival, a sold-out event held at London City Hall on 19th October 2018.

Louise said of the event: “It was fantastic to spend time with so many likeminded organisations who are committed to making a positive impact on our industry. I personally came away full of new ideas to implement within the business”.
